When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Shipping Information:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday - Satur(excluding U.S. holidays) via USPS. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Any package(s) that is refused, not acknowledged, considered "unclaimed" by the customer or are otherwise returned due to reasons that Ever Simplicity is not at fault for, will NOT be refunded by Ever Simplicity by any means. Customers are held responsible for all re-shipment fees within 7 days or the package(s) will be considered abandoned.
International Orders / Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees for their order. Shipments may be held by a country's customs department for a long period of time and items may be restricted due to each country's policy. Please note that Ever Simplicity is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applied. We suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire about such details. Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by Ever Simplicity by any means.
Sales Tax:
Customers outside of California do not pay sales tax, however a 8% sales tax applies to all CA residents.
